At RinseMaster, we are dedicated to providing top-notch car cleaning services. If you're not fully satisfied with our service, please review our refund and rework policy below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Exterior and interior car wash services: If you are not satisfied with the car wash service, please contact us within 3 days of the service. We will offer a rework of the service at no extra charge or a partial refund based on the issue.

Detailing and specialty services: If the service was not performed to your satisfaction, please notify us within 5 days. We will either reperform the service or offer a partial refund.

Proof of service receipt is required for all refund requests.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Rework requests will be handled as soon as possible, typically within 3 business days of your notification.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For cancellations or rescheduling, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled car wash. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
